Stoian Boev has more than 25 years of professional experience in the fields of business management and information technologies.
Stoian Boev completed his studies in MechanicalEngineering  at  Sofia Technical University. In addition to his duties as CEO, Mr. Boev is a member of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian Software Companies Association and a member of the Managing Board of the Bulgarian IT Cluster.

Mr. Atanas Golev graduated as a  Telecommunication Engineer from Sofia Technical University. His professional experience includes more than 25 years of work as software developer, system architect and analyst. As a technical director in ICB Mr. Golev is responsible for the software service department.
